This assessment will help you learn more about how you – and others – view your leadership behaviors. It is best used as in conjunction with the book Bankable Leadership. Why? It’s the best place to get tons more tips and suggestions to improve as a leader based on your results.

We’re pleased to bring you the assessment at no charge, with absolutely no strings attached. Of course, we’d love it if you bought the book, but even more than that, we want you to be a more effective leader!

How to Complete the Assessment

1. First, you’ll create an account, which will take about 30 seconds.
2. Then, you’ll complete the 5 minute assessment by rating your behaviors as you see them.
3. Next, you’ll enter between 5-10 e-mails for others people you’d like to rate you. (optional, but highly recommended!)
4. They’ll get an e-mail asking them to complete the 5 minute assessment and rate your behaviors.
5. Once our system receives 5 responses, we’ll score your report and send you a link to it. If more of your observers respond, you'll get a new link with the revised results.
